No. We make the technical decisions and explain them in plain words, so you can focus on the business decisions.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once a stage is paid for, the code, the designs and the accounts set up for it are yours, and the code lives in a repository you own.
How do contracts and payment work?
You sign a contract with Dayalabs before work starts. Each fixed-price stage is invoiced half before it starts and half when it's delivered.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours before the first call, or ask us for ours.
What if we stop working together?
Everything is documented along the way. The code is in your repository with a README that explains how to run and deploy it, so another developer could pick it up.
